An elderly Jumma villager was detained and tortured in Baghaihat zone under Rangamati district on 13 November, sources said.
A group of army personnel from Baghaihat zone raided the village of Balughat at around 8am and picked up Pathor Moni Chakma (72) son of late Narammya Chakma from his home.
